17. Troubleshooting
Q: I can't log in.
Ensure your caps lock is off. Passwords are case-sensitive. Contact your admin to reset your password.
Q: Patient not appearing in list after adding.
Click the refresh icon or reload the page (Ctrl+Shift+R). Check your search filter — it may be filtering results.
Q: Excel import failed.
Ensure your file is .xlsx format (not .csv renamed). Check that "First Name" and "Last Name" columns exist. DOB must be in YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY format.
Q: Document upload stuck.
File must be under 50MB. Allowed types: PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP. Check your internet connection.
Q: Page looks broken or buttons not working.
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R). If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and reload.
Q: System is slow.
Try refreshing the page. Check your internet connection. If on Vercel, the first request after inactivity may be slow (cold start).
